It was a very comfortable stay. Wished we had stayed longer. Upon our entrance, we were promptly greeted, and attended to. Checking in and out was swift.
It was very close to everything. There is a pretty big supermarket next to it. Nearby, there are many eateries.
The buffet breakfast was a good spread.

Hotel is quite old with small elevators. But room is large , comfortable and has all standard facilities and toiletries. Pleasant stay

If you bring a car, parking is 15 GBP per exit! Rather park and walk around the city

It nearyby to the Bath City area, just 3 mins to a big supermarket Waitrose, very good.
Live in Bath 1 night to enjoy sally lones dinner and homade traditional afternoon tea and visit bath spa, you will have a great holiday in bath.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Roman Bath and there is a Waitrose supermarket next to it, so you can buy your food and water there to save some money. The rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton, clean rooms, working shower and toilet etc etc. I only have 2 complaints. One is the room view - my room is facing an empty space. (Just a hint, try to avoid getting the ‘Plaza Room’.) Two is about the stale cigarette stench that seems to linger in the room. Kudos to the hotel, they did provide an ionizer to try to get rid of the stench but it hardly worked. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying over in Bath.

Convenient to town, good clean htel with excellent customer service- breakfast paid for but due o ther circumstances not eaten so no comment on food- no lock n bathroom door and bath would have been appreciated- only had shower- would recommend for sightseeing due to central location of hotel

We stayed in this hotel for two days in December. It is located conveniently near the shopping street in Bath, five minutes walk from Bath Abbey and ten minutes walk from Bath Crescent. The room is comfortable and the view outside window is beautiful. In general we are satisfied with this hotel.
