Dusty

Very thin walls and therefore very noisy at night

The hotel is in a good location for the city centre, is attractive from the outside, staff were friendly but these are the only positives. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday evening, the room was a decent size and as you'd expect from a 3 stars hotel. However, the walls separating rooms and to the main hallway are very thin and provides little noise insulation or privacy. Therefore, we could clearly hear people's coversations as they walked passed our rooms during the night. Furthermore, we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms e.g. when someone used the bathroom, flushed the toilet etc. There was a few drunken people entering the hotel late in evening who could barely walk. The lift smell of alcohol due someone pooring/dropping their beer on the floor.
