Room is more than standard, including computer and free wireless internet for your own laptop.
Great breakfast.
A bit far from the railway station.
Trying to add things to the bill which either were not used (items allegedly taken from minibar) or have been paid for already (breakfast). But when commented upon these were taken from the bill immediately.
Top hotel, for a good price. Expect, apart from the usual (minibar, hair dryer, ironing facilities etc in your room) also a computer, with free online access, DVD player, CD player, television with top quality sound system etc.
High quality breakfast, with many things to order.
Excellent service from friendly staff.
It is a pity I do not have to be in Birmingham often, else I would certainly use this hotel many times again.
