Very close to the station. Friendly helpful staff.
Noise from the road. Bed not comfortable.
The hotel is located very conveniently for New Street Station and the shops/markets close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful (providing advice and tracking down directions for us). The room was clean and overall better than our expectation for this price range. The room was right above a road but the double glazing kept the traffic noise to a reasonable level. The only reasl flaw was the matress on the bed. This was obviously very won and sagging with springs making it very lumpy.
We did not eat at the hotel but there are a number of restaurants very close by.
