Staff - Very friendly, professional and helpful
Room - Excellent, better than exptected. Very nice, spacious and comfy.
Parking - Very easy and convenient and good value for money.
Location of Hotel - Excellent.
We booked the night as a treat for our Anniversary and were definately not disappointed, it was excellent. We arrived and found a parking space easily, check in was fast and efficient and the room was much better than we had imagined. It was spacious, well laid out and a nice view (for birmingham). The bathroom as big and did not look tired or old. The bed was comfy and we did not have anything bad to say about anything. The check out was again fast and efficient. The Breakfast was fvery good too! All in all a lovely night away and a great hotel, we will definately stay here again. Thank you
Restaurant Tip : San Carlo - Expensive but AMAZING and worth every penny!

In the centre of town so very close to all the sights and attractions
Hotel room was very hot and stuffy. Alot of noise from corridor and neighbouring rooms
The room was very luxurios and spacious. Although very hot and stuffy with no air con on the second night I asked for a fan which was brought to my room within minutes. Because it's central to clubs and attractions the corridor was very noisy with many doors slamming. Once I finally got to sleep in my stuffy noisy room reception phoned to ask me about drinks I hadn't ordered. Waking me yet again. I had to pay my bill on checking in because of my card type. Therefore when asking if I could cancel the second night due to heat and noise I was told it wasn't possible without emailing yourselves for a cancelations fax. By this time we would have lost it as a deposit.
