The French Restaurant
Part of the De Vere Fine Dining Collection, the award winning French Restaurant is served by our team of award winning Chefs and waiters offering excellent service and a superb location overlooking the famous Brabazon Golf Course. Lunch: Mon-Sat closed. Sun 12.30pm-2.00pm. Dinner: Mon-Sat 7.30pm - 10.00pm. Sun 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
The Atrium Restaurant
Dining in The Atrium restaurant is a treat for all senses, with great food and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Tailor your perfect meal by selecting your favourites from our mouth-watering buffet of starters and desserts. For the all important main course, our chefs are on hand to help you choose from an array of traditional roasts and speciality dishes. Breakfast: Mon-Fri 7.00am - 10.00am. Sat 7.00am - 12.00pm. Sun 7.00am - 12.00pm. Brunch: Sun 12.00pm - 2.30pm. Lunch: Mon-Sat closed. Dinner: Mon-Sun 6.30pm - 10.00pm.
Sam's Bar and Grill
We are pleased to announce that as from Monday 5th December onwards, opening time in Sam's Bar and Grill will be extended until 11.00pm with food available until 10.00pm. No booking required.
Sam's Bar and Grill prides itself in offering residents and non-residents alike a wide variety of satisfying menu options alongside a comprehensive drinks selection. Your food will be delivered to your table, from the open kitchen.
Situated adjacent to the golf centre, Sam's Bar and Grill is furnished in a comfortable and easy going style.
