Good location, near Birmingham New Street Station

Took a while to find the hotel (no obvious sign on the top of the building).
Check in was a breeze and was happy with the condition + size of the room.

Central hotel at reasonable price
Central, clean, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price, large room, newly decorated.

this used to be a fairly grotty place, but a recent refurbishment has made the rooms much nicer. the staff were friendly and helpful, and it is located very close to new street station.

as a foreign visitor, i feel very comfortable to talk to them and they change my room when i told them the room is noisy.

this is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting birmingham, the situation of the hotel near the railway station and city centre amenities makes it a firm favourite. the room was of a decent size, bathroom was spotless,the beds very comfortable

Hotel is in a great location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and some of the best shopping centres in Birmingham. Surrounded by restaurants and eating places which served a wide variety of food including Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisines. If you are interested to visit the Warwick castle or the Cadbury factory, you can commute by train and these tourist attractions are just within walking distance from the Warwick and Bournville stations respectively.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can visit the Warwick castle and the Cadbury factory and these places can be reached by train and a bit of walking.

Good visit, good location, easy to locate
