An excellent hotel Second visit and again immaculate rooms and comfy beds. Staff friendly and complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Has a bar, open until late. close to Jewellery Quarter and New Street.

Good standard of cleanliness and service. Complimentary breakfast is basic, but it is free. Handy for the jewellery quarter. Parking is per 24h, internet connection is very expensive at per hour.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Entrance to Parking is on the next street from the hotel.

It was okay
Location! Breakfast buffet. Decent service.

Excellent city centre location, service was decent, and I enjoyed that breakfast had a good selection including warm foods and beverages and was included. The water pressure in the shower was actually pretty good (for the UK).
Only a couple of down-points. 1. There was a charge for internet ("only" 15 Great British Pounds per week), although not as bad as some other hotels including another Holiday Inn in Birmingham.(Note: They use different providers and despite the in-hotel internet listing that makes it sound as if the one week will work in other Holiday Inn locations in Birmingham, it will not.)2. There was a continued "whirring" noise in the room, and the TV twice turned on for announcements awakening me when I was trying to get sleep after a long journey and a large time difference. Overall, decent for the price and very good location.
