This perfectly located hotel is wonderfully plush and sure to satisfy everything you might ask for in a hotel.The location is great and within walking distance of a nice selection of downtown restaurants and shopping options, such as the famous Mailbox district which is in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, classy, clean and spacious, and you get the feeling that the hotel management has skimped on nothing to provide you with a place that is luxurious and relaxing.The hotel's own bar and restaurant provide a tempting array of options. After a good night's sleep be sure to hit up the buffet style breakfast, which is very plentiful and fresh.With a location this great matched with a hotel this well put together, you will have a hard time deciding where you'd rather pass your time!

Large rooms, central location, close to shops and all the lovely restaurants across the road in Brindleyplace. Great breakfast, helpful staff.
None really - bathroom had a strange smell, as though someone had been smoking in there (perhaps they had), but not exactly a huge complaint.
We stayed at Jurys Inn overnight (three girls) when we were having a night on the town in Birmingham. The staff were very friendly and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. The rooms were huge - we had a room each, but honestly could have all fitted in to one, as each had two large double beds. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of clean towels. Breakfast the next morning was an excellent rendition of a proper full English - just what we needed after a night out on the tiles. There was a large party in the hotel, and the staff were careful to place us on a high floor, away from the noise - very considerate of them. We didn't hear any noise, though there is a little bit of noise from Broad Street, but not enough to be a problem. The Mailbox shopping mall is very close by, as is Brindleyplace, where there are lots of nice restaurants, some of them right on the canal.
Restaurant Tip : Great Italian restaurant called Cielo, less than five minutes walk away - just across Broad Street and into Brindleyplace. Good food and wine, excellent service and very reasonably priced.

Jury's birmingham centre's best feature is it's location, virtually opposite the city's revatalised Brindley Place leisure zone. The area has numerous bar's and restaurants and is close to the SeaLife centre, ICC and Symphony Hall. A very short walk through a pedestrianised area takes you to the shopping zone and main train station. The hotel itself is non-descript and what you expect for that type. Parking is very expensive.
