well appointed and spacious clean room
good service and food at resturants
A pleasant surprise after some awful London hotels in a higher price bracket.Rooms were neatly turned out, and spacious. Service thru out he hotel was good. Had a small television problem which was sorted out in ajiffy. Food also was good and the service excellent. Can certaibly recommend to anyone going to Birmingham or Coventry since excellent free connecton to Rly station

Convenient, great location for early flights. Great value for the price.
Location was great for an early flight. The taxi access was limited due to construction going on. The taxi driver had trouble getting close to the entrance. We had to walk up to the hotel but once inside found the hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick. The room was clean and very comfortable and quiet.
