Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

A Heritage Listed building in the center of Birmingham offering luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city. Built in 1903, the Paragon Hotel is a superb example of Victorian Gothic Architecture at its best. Banquet facilities are outstanding, and the hotel is a popular venue for large-scale, formal gatherings, comfortably catering for up to 700 guests under one roof. The hotel itself offers easy access to many of the citys attractions. The International Convention Center is nearby, and the surrounding attractions of the lovely Cotswalds and the Black Country are easily reached via the motorway.

Staff friendliness, location
Accommodation shabby, tiny rooms, paper thin walls, little breakfast choice
I spent a sleepless night here. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighbours and in corridor - normal speech, TV, snoring. The rooms are tiny, like a prison room and windows ill-fitting and do not keep out noise from outside. Shower not adjustable. Breakfast there was a little choice - no muesli, skimmed milk, etc.
Hotel Feature Tip : Take earplugs
