Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good well furnished hotel in excellent position for center of Birmingham.
Hotel was in an ideal position for the center of Birmingham. Rooms were well furnished and a good size with a sofa and desk area. Television had free view as well as pay TV with in house movies. The restaurant however was very mediocre with a poor selection at breakfast (no rolls or cold meats and a limited choice of cheese); the evening meal was not a lot better with several wines unavailable better restaurants in the center of Birmingham.

Was put in a smoking room! disgusting! \n
Although the ramada is a little awkward to find within the maze of lifts and escalators when you do find it, you realise it is very central. As long as you don't get put in a smiking room without even being asked a preference, you may have a reasonably comfortable stay!
