This clean and comfortable hotel is grand and genteel, and done up in the traditional old fashion.Located on the North Shore, with a view of the sea, you can be nearby all of Blackpool's attractions but also at a decent distance from the nightlife which can go on rather late. The location is an ideal spot from which to check out the famous 7-mile long illuminations which Blackpool hosts each Fall.Aside from spacious rooms and a classy restaurant and bar the hotel is also an ideal spot for hosting business meetings and conferences. Take advantage of the several luxury class meeting and conferencing rooms available. There is also a large banquet hall available for catering.The location and excellent facilities make this a fine choice for both business and pleasure.

The only postive thing I can say about this hotel is it's location to the main attractions.
Cleanliness. Lack of service, poor response to customer requests
we booked this hotel as it was classed as a good 3* establishment. The hotel is dirty, staffed by poorly trained and unresponsive people. Our room was filthy on arrival, the toilet was still full from the previous occupant. We complained and were told that the housekeeper would take care of it. Nothing happened, we complained agin the following day and again no response. The girl at reception didn't seem interested. We spoke to other guests and the story was the same...no customer service. Take some advice from us.. just don't stay at the Savoy !!!
