needs a reconstruction,especially window-frames.
to take care of the guests-too many drunken youngsters and tourists,who make a big noise till late in the eveving.

We liked the unfussy nature of the breakfast meal and the manner of the staff who served.
The noise if you had an inside room. There is noise effect that goes around and makes it very immediate and noisy if you have a window open!
We stayed in an inside room in the Roundhouse hotel in July, 2009. We navigated the parking, if you like a bit of a challenge you should try this as the carparking is tight! However, to balance that it is also free in an expensive car parking town.
Reception was clearly busy, but efficient and staff well trained. The lift provided some challenges and refused to go up for some reason we couldn't work out. However, again some patience, and possibly luck the thing wafted upwards to the 6th floor.
On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a slightly different experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Other towns have better cheap attractions. The walk is good and the beaches the best we have come across

The staff were friendly and approachable.
The lift is unpredicatable and difficult. We didn't get a token to get out of the car park at the end but it was easily sorted.
We stayed here on a Friday night. This was a good choice. Check in was easy and efficient.
We liked our room - one on the outside with lovely views all around Bournmouth. The round nature of the building gave us great views. The room was clean and well ordered.
The breakfast was excellent, substantial and restfully provided. Staff were unobstrusive and pleasant in delivering the food. The food was hot.
Check out was again easy and efficient.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you get a parking token on leaving the hotel.
