An average hotel with average service

the room is big and spacious but not as high class as it seems to be since it is graded 4 stars. i expect more from a 4 stars hotel. they provided free wifi which is convenient for the hotel guest. normal size bathroom, telephone was faulty during my stay and i had asked for receptionist to check but they did nothing about it, (3days stay @ this hotel). they did not refill the shampoo and soap even after finishing up, and it wasn't good standard (end up getting them myself from a convenient store).

lovely hotel and excellent

i went with a girlfriend for a break away from husbands and kids, and it was lovely. great value and the walk to the centre wat not too long so worth going a bit further into hove. there was starbucks a couple of mins from the hotel too, if you did not fancy the breakfast in the hotel. the spa was small but you could have various treatments so we were happy with that, although if you wanted a spa in the true sense of the word, this one did not have a pool or jacuzzi, so the spa was the treatments rather than anything else
friendly receptionist, lovely decor, clean and comfortable room. would definitely recommend to friends
