A charming, laid back and friendly restaurant offering the best in traditional and contemporary Anglo/French cuisine. A tempting & affordable menu includes dishes such as: grilled goats cheese with red currant in vodka syrup, home made country pate, roasted cod with coriander crust and cauliflower, cumin and coconut puree or the confit of duck with vanilla risotto. From an excellent wine list, the house wine can be ordered by the bottle or the glass. The Restaurant has been modernised but still keeps many of its original features, including a working open fireplace and huge sash-windows bathing the room in natural light.

Follow For 2 Miles Until The Road Reaches A Junction With A370. Turn Right On To A370 And Follow In To Bristol. After Crossing The Swing Bridge Stay In The Left Hand Lane And Follow Hotwells Road In To Clifton With The River On Your Right. At The Roundabout Turn Left On To Jacobs Wells Rd. After Half A Mile You Will Reach A One-way System. Take The Left Hand Lane And Follow The System Around To Your Left. Stay In This Lane As It Takes You Towards Clifton Village On Queens Road. Go Straight Across The Mini Roundabout And Pass The Student Union On Your Left. After Half A Mile You Will Reach A T Junction - Turn Right On To Clifton Down Road. The Rodney Hotel Is Set Back From The Road On The Left Just After The Quadrant Pub.
