Basic accommodation. Overpriced.

kirkwood house provided clean, modern accommodation. however, we felt it was overpriced for what were very basic facilities. e.g., the walls were very thin - we could hear everything happening in the room next door; the wifi did not work while we where there, the room and the bed were very small and uncomfortable; and while tea and coffee making facilities were provided, the milk was off. we were also disappointed with the customer service - a computer error meant that the wrong nights were booked and when we phoned up to try to resolve the issue, we were told that as we had already paid, no modifications to our booking would be considered. we also did not see any 'recreational offerings' or 'public areas', as was described in the advertisement.

i think a good hotel,with low cost, i am happy to stay at this hotel,although the hotel far away form the central city,but have many bus stop on the road which near it.
