Hotel is centralised in the city centre with a lot of shopping arcade and surrounded with varieties of restaurants and cafes which is easy to locate. the receptionists and housekeeping workers are polite with smiling face and they are very friendly. room is tidy and clean.

Room is too small compare to our expectation. No bell boy and you have to figure out how to move your luggages to your room after check in. We found it difficulty to move the luggages along the carpeted walk way. Anyway, the location is good for shopping as it's just about 1 minutes walking distance to shopping mall.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Suggested to visit Cardiff Castle as it's full of historical things and great building.

I enjoyed my stay with the Parc Hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was good quality for the price. The location, right in the middle of Cardiff is also a plus.

Disappointed room service

I had my trip in Cardiff and lived Parc Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel outlook and location is excellent. Most of scope points can be arrived in 5-10 minutes walking time. The reception service was good and the interior decoration was quite grant. However, the room facility and room service were bad. The design of the bath area was very flat. If you had shower for over 2 minutes, water will flood to whole bath room. It was really my wrost hotel experience as I failed to enjoy shower for 3 nights. The toilet paper was not enough, only one box of toilet paper for 2 customers for 3 nights. The cover of toilet rubblish bin was out of order. Hotel staff forgot to close the Shampoo bottle cover after refill.
