Keith C. Solo travelers United Kingdom, October 19, 2012	Dirty and unfriendly None that I could of 2 I was in a room where the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The skirthing boards were filty with dust, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The TV was very out-dated witha very poor reception. There was also toe-nail debris in the bed, makes me think if they were changed between guests! The bathroom was filthy. Again, paper haning from the ceiling. The shower was very poor, the jet-stream was virtually non-existent. And again, lots of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I did complain, but feel certain no action was taken. The staff didn't seem too concerned, or friendly enough. Not a hotel I will 'lay my head down' again. Needs a complete makeover. Travel tip: It's a hotel I would recommend people NOT to use

Groups Germany, August 17, 2012	Cheap and friendly stuff but not worth the money Cheap rooms, cheap parking over night near the hotel 5 I don't like to leave such a negative review, but I was really disappointed in this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious. That is about the only positive thing. It looked clean but really wasn't because I found hair all over the bathtub and the bed linen had stains. Although breakfast was relatively cheap, the food was of bad quality and there was only little choice. In the hotel description it said the rooms had wireless internet, but it turned out that actually only the rooms up to floor 3 do (I was on floor 5). I would not stay there again.
John H. Solo travelers United States of America, August 04, 2012	Right by the bus station Right by the bus station 7.7 I missed my bus back to London and needed to stay the night in Coventry. Hotel staff were nice but the hotel had a silly policy that prevented me from booking a room immediately. I needed to use agoda to get half off the room and then wait for the agoda reservation to come through. Room was clean. A bit noisy, but that's due to the location by the bus station.
