this hotel is in a great location for local shopping and going to central london. the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful and some 5 star hotel staff should take a leaf out of their book... i would recommend this hotel and say that it is great value for money and has a great breakfast

Great location and great breakfast.
No room service though you can order from the bar and then collect it.
This hotel is in a great location for the shopping, cinema, restaurants and public transport tram/train to central london. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent with a great choice and fully stocked/replaced by friendly and helpful staff, some five star hotels should take a leaf out of their book. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Shopping Tip : If you are from overseas pop along to Primark for some outstanding bargains.
