this hotel is in a great location for local shopping and going to central london. the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful and some 5 star hotel staff should take a leaf out of their book... i would recommend this hotel and say that it is great value for money and has a great breakfast

great location for local amentities and shopping, great staff who are very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, great for going in to central london, great little bar at the hotel which sells food also, free newspapers at breakfast,

Great location and great breakfast. No room service though you can order from the bar and then collect it. This hotel is in a great location for the shopping, cinema, restaurants and public transport tram/train to central london. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent with a great choice and fully stocked/replaced by friendly and helpful staff, some five star hotels should take a leaf out of their book. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Shopping Tip : If you are from overseas pop along to Primark for some outstanding bargains.
