Easy access, hotel and rooms clean. Excellent shower
service in bars and restaurant left a lot to be desired. Restaurant staff were of McDonalds standard not a 4star hotel
Bar staff were surly as if it was an effort to be at work also chewing gum while serving. Restaurant staff were not professional -- wrong main course delivered, wine not brought to table until asked for three times and by this time my wife had eaten her main course, add to this that the wine requested was not available and the bottle that was brought to the table was uncorked. No coffee offered. All this was reported to the duty manager and as yet no response after 5 days. All round it was bad.
