Service, food, comfort. 10 We had a very memorable stay at the hotel, where the staffs were extreme helpful in every respect. In fact they have gone out of the way to assist us. They help us to recover our lost property on the public transport. we highly commend this hotel.

Couples Netherlands, February 22, 2013	Nice hotel in a lovely street Lovely rooms, great bath room and great location 9.3 This hotel is situated in a lovely street with loads of pubs and shops. Princes street and Edinburgh Castle is a 10 minute walk away and the royal mile is not even 5 minutes away. The matrasses were a little bit old, but the room made up for that. Big tv screen, great bathroom with shower and bath seperated, enough storage room for your cloths and complementary coffee, thee, cookies and water. Staff was very nice. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but at a little shop nearby. Only downside? The swimmingpool is in another complex. Shopping Tip: Loved the food in a pub across the street called The Black Bull.
