Very easy walk to Ediburgh Castle and Grass market restaurants and pubs
No parking and hotel could only offer discounted parking nearby
The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided a free internet terminal in the lobby; if you do not wish to carry a laptop which I dont you find that very handy. Breakfast was all one price for the continental buffet or with full Scottish breakfast which was great but not everyone can fit in! Hard to rate staff, some were very nice but one girl on the front desk was quite offhand and unhelpful.
Hotel Feature Tip : As mentioned above hotel provided a pc to access the internet which is great if you dont want to haul a laptop on a holiday.
