Sharifah F. Solo travelers Malaysia, January 06, 2013	Great location and excellent service the staffs were amazing and location was great 9.3 The room was a little small but adequate, however the staffs were exceptional. The service far exceed a 5-star hotel. From here I could walk to the Art Galleries, Princess Street and even the Old Town. Would have loved to have a gym though. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: I loved the Scottish National Gallery. Entered through the Princess Street and exited through the Gardens. My favorite was an artwork made of crochet/knit. At the time I was there, the Ferries Wheel, ice-skating rink, and other rides were on. Across the garden were the shopping area.

Couples Thailand, December 31, 2012	Bad for a 5 stars, there is a better 4 stars Service is alright 5.7 Elevator is on next level up, so we have to drag and yes I repeat "drag" our Bags up and down the stair. Not convinien at all. Hotel Feature Tip: Don't select this hotel if you come with big bag.

Railway station. 9.3 Very good room (103)corner unit situated near the end of the corridor and very quiet, well away from the lifts. But you need to be mobile as there are a small number of steps to get access to this rooms location. Hotel Feature Tip: Only a (5) minute walk to the top end of Princess Street.
