Customer service was exceptional. Location, style of building, rooms and presentation were unique and tastefully considered. A modern twist in a historic part of the city.
Restaurant Tip:
The Witchery is a few minutes walk away and was a fantastic. experience.

Great location hotel for all areas of Edinburgh
Great maid service, can even get 2 items of clothing washed and pressed at no extra charge

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, shame it has no pool like our usual hotel in Edinburgh. Great reception staff. The only downside to our stay was the cocktail bar where the staff took ages to serve you and when they did they got it wrong (tried to give us someone elses bill) Restaurant was excellent food and service and would reccommend.

luxury hotel for the modernist

booked a two night stay for a friends birthday bash.
my first point of contact was with the very friendly and helpful check in staff. the room i was allocated 337 was in the older part of the complex and on a slightly lower level than the main corridor which included 8 steps to get to my door. it looks onto the royal mile. nice extras which included the contents of the fridge, soft drinks and crisps. the nespresso machine was very useful. great fluffy towels and dressing gowns.
really wish i could stay here more often.
Restaurant Tip:
check out le monde, trendy cocktail bar and eatery. best cosmopolitan i've tasted. food very good also.

Luxury and modern hotel. Not perfect location for person who arrives by train, because hillside.
Complimentary mini bar and laundry service.

I'm strongly recommend this hotel. Very nice room !!! In room facilities are great !!! Lovely staff !!! Located just right in city center. There no complaint at all.
Restaurant Tip:
If you would like to try Thai food, I would recommend the restaurant named Dusit Thai.
