The male maid did not take good care of their job, the bed was not in order and they did not fill soap and cutton bud. When I booked the hotel via Agoda, I always wonder about how to go to the hotel and how comfortable it would be. But when I reached the Millenium Hotel Glasgow, It is very convenient and comfortable. Apart from lifts which are a bit small, the room was so nice, the satff are very helpful, the restaurant is comfortable. Even though this is only my second time using Agoda, but I am sure that this will not be the last, there will certainly be another time agian in the future.
