The atmosphere of living in an ancient building surrounded by beautiful environment (garden and river). Surprisingly convenient wireless internet access. Nice lounge and conservatory for relexing. Room service of fresh milk.
One unfriendly staff, expensive dinner set, and inconvenient location.
All in all it is a very nice hotel with reasonable price sold from Agoda. However, it is too inconvenient to get there by public transportation, due to very few bus services from Cirencester town center and no direct bus services from the nearest train station, Kemble. It is better for people who drive and spend few days for relaxing and enjoying the countryside atmosphere.
