Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

At the low end of a 4star rating.
Car park charge is £5 day extra!
Locality is what it is all about. Close to the exhibition halls and is right in the centre of town. Rooms are okay - clean and bright.
I didn't eat in the restaurant as there are loads very close by - some very nice ones. For something famous go to Betty's tea room for an English High tea. I don't like the car park being charged at £5 per day when it is the hotels car park. It is an average hotel - with nothing very special to recommend, but the location is perfect for a few days in Harrogate as it is at the centre of everything.
Restaurant Tip : Thai Pavilion is good. Sushi at the traffic lights, Brio just across the road. But Betty's is the place to go for a famous English High Tea.
