The hotel is located near Heathrow airport. Quiet area. Lobby and public area is clean and nice. Very friendly staff. The rooms are extremely small. The hotel is OK if you have to wait for a next day flight, but definitely not if you plan to stay several days in the area. Breakfast is good. Technical problems in the room were solved immediately.

Budget hotel presenting good value for an overnight stay. Although convenient for the airport other facilities such as shopping not easy to access without a car. Overall impressions of the hotel were quite good in that it was clean, well presented and the staff were very helpful.There is a Hopper shuttle to all three terminals at Heathrow albeit every 40 minutes and at a cost.The restaurant presented a good breakfast and the evening meal was acceptable.
For the cost of the stay it was very good value and we would use it again

This hotel is ok for the price This is a reasonable hotel. Very useful for a 1 night stopover in London.
