Great Central location, Clean Rooms, Fab Breakfast.
Well where do we start with this one, THE STAFF, there was NO highland welcome or hospitality here. Its maybe because all the staff were from overseas. The barman in particular had a very bad manner and very rude. The service at breakfast left a lot to be desired.
On arrival at the hotel we tried to get parked, as there is limited spaces this is a problem you have to overcome by going to the multi story and taking your chances. Having been given a twin room when we requested a double, the girl at the front desk pointed out it was an issue with the booking agent not them. We then returned after a meal out to be (greeted) told about six times the bar was about to close. We eventually got our drinks and sat down, no sooner had we done this and the happy told us we had to move to the foyer as the bar was closing (which we already knew as he told us often enough). The beds were not the most comfy we have ever slept in but ok. The shower in the morning was fantastic. Then on to breakfast which is self service which is just as well or you would starve. The service again being let down by poor staff.
