Stay was alright. Staff friendly especially in the restaurant.
Noisy on the floor of my room in the middle of the night. Unable to use the facilities as they finish early

Somewhat overpriced
Good position for attending a large family event

The staff at reception were very friendly and our room was a good size but the complimentary toileteries turned out to be a dispenser on the wall containing a combined body and hair wash;I expected better at the price.
Breakfast was only average - the fruit salad was a boring mix of apple and white melon but the fried breakfast was quite good.
The spa area was good but I felt that, overall, the hotel did not represent good value for money. Apart from the spa this hotel was no better than a Premier Inn but more than twice the price.
