Vista Serviced Apartments
The apartment was nice. ie nice decor and good view (for Leeds!)

It was filthy when we checked in. The child who checked us in also told me that "people never complain about the state of cleanliness", which I took as "you're making it up". I didn't think that was professional. they did arrange for the cleaner to come back and do the floors, but on NYE she didn't stay to clean the rest of the apartment.
