It was better than expected. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. It's a hotel without any bars or kitchen. That explains the cheap price because you are only paying for the room. But it feels like a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean and the hotel lounge area is sophisticated. It's just walking distance to shopping areas. including Liverpool One and Albert Dock. Train station is also nearby.

central location, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean and well presented

I was looking for a central location close to public transport and Base 2 Stay was outstanding. The hotel is a very modern and clean property and the staff were more than helpful and knowledgeable. The place was very quiet despite being surrounded by numerous nightclubs and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel is centrally located and hotel staff was friendly and helpful

The room i had in the hotel was spacious and clean and the toilet was huge!! The kids loved it. It even came with a microwave.
Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
Hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance to most attractions.
Will definitely be back.

Very affordable and very nice rooms but now that is out of the way the staff are nice and chatty (mainly to each other) and not really bothered when things aren't straight forward. Would have been a great night's sleep if it hadn't been right next to a night club. Not unhappy to leave. Oh and the bath was stained by fake tan but apparently that's normal in Liverpool!

Worst business trip of my life. Not 5*

Couldnt find my bookingat first. Didn't have the room I payed for. Gave me room 501. Tv didn't work. dimming lights didn't work. Stains on the left hand side of bed wall. The cold tap wasn't cold. Told staff about tv but it didn't get fixed. Had to spend the evening out!
