The location is great as it is a mere 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station... Front desk staff are generally helpful... Although the sheets were clean, we were terrorised by bed bugs, keeping us awake throughout the night!

good location; reasonable price;clean and comfortable; helpful concierge services
The hotel is easy to find driving one's own car. Sussex Gardens is a very good location, an easy walk to Hyde Park and Paddington subway station; GBP15 for a taxi to Euston. Parking difficult as everywhere in London. Having an elevator is a great relief - not found in many similar hotels. Breakfast is standard and unexciting but well served. Altogether very satisfactory.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : "Big Bus" GBP 25 to see a complete review of many London features, including a River Boat ridde to Greenwich.

Great location, easy walk from Paddington tube station. Very clean.
Very small bedroom!! We were lucky to have an upgrade as the original room was really tight for space.
Helpful gentleman on Reception. Our carpet was still wet from cleaning, but an upgrade given with speed and good grace. Great value for two people sharing in the heart of London. I would go again.
