This boutique property has only 35 rooms and very few facilities but its location cannot be better for the Bayswater district. London International Airport is about 10 kilometers away and Kensington Palace is within walking distance. The charm is evident from the beginning and will not be lost on the hardest of travelers. The 35 rooms are fairly small but all are well designed and make the most of the space they have. The lovely pillars in front and brushed sandstone building frontage are classic Bayswater style. Since it is a boutique hotel it does not have many facilities and the restaurant is only open for breakfast, but there are more than enough restaurants in the area to compensate.
The hotel only has a breakfast room.

Exterior
This is converted from an old townhouse. The facade is in good decorative order, painted in pale yellow.

Guest Room
The rooms vary in size and shape due to the age of the building, but on average they are small. They are in fair condition, very simply decorated, with the majority of them furnished with light laminate flooring and decorated in pleasant light colours. The majority of the rooms have a full bathroom, which are in fair condition, but some rooms only have a shower room.
