Friendly hotel, clean and value for money. Close to things I wanted to see, so convenient.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: very nice and pleasant hotel, good location do do some sightseeing in London. Not very difficult to find. Will come back next time I m in London. Will recommend this place to others aswell. Only been to London one time. Hotel was clean. I stayed 2 nights. Friendly staff and also helpfull

we checked out at noon and would like to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, but the staff told us that would charge 5 pounds per room, so that's 10 pounds for my family in total. That's not worthy, I came across another hotel near Earls Court that would not charge any fee for that.

nice hotel, convenient location

near to earls court underground station, nice and clean

breakfast is not included and the continental breakfast provided there is quite expensive..10 pounds per person leaving luggage there need 5 pounds per night per room, it's not worthy..but my family planned to go to other cities and came back to London again, so we paid the fee for putting our luggage there. I bet some other hotels would not charge this kind of fee.

Convenient hotel & meeting all needs & expectation

We enjoyed our one night's stay with comfortable bed and good bath facilities. Most of all it is located within walking distance to the Underground & good proximity to the airport. Just half hour taxi. Perfect for those travelling free & easy and wanting to get the most of a London visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The hotel is within walking distance to the Underground train service. Use an Oyster card. After all that shopping, load your oversized suitcase onto a taxi to the airport. Its very economical and convenient. Else just take the Underground with your carry ons to the airport.

Nice Hotel, Very clean.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were quite friendly. Great location, peaceful are but stations and shops close by.

our room was nice and clean, but very small. the bathroom was very clean too, but our sink was clogged and had a leak, so the floor was always wet. the extractor in the bathroom also made a terrible noise when the shower door was closed, so had to shower with the shower door slightly open. we also had very loud neighbours who would wake us up very early every morning due to the wall thickness i suppose. the lady at reception also wanted to charge us extra for leaving our luggage at reception for a few hours on the day of our departure, which i found ridiculous. internet in rooms also pretty slow and got cut off all the time. other than that, the staff were quite friendly and helpful, good food in the cafeteria in the lobby area and great location, there is a sainbury's just 1/2 minute walk from the hotel. for the price paid, you get a good deal.
Shopping Tip: Bus/South Kengsinton/Earls Court underground Stations close by, C74 bus leaves you right outside Harrods.
