Poor value for money
Two minutes from London Paddington + helpful staff and nice breakfast service

for a room with no table to put your things on or to do some writing if you need, no where to hang your clothes or a towel afer a shower, not a single wardrobe ...not even a hook on the wall!, no TV and forget about any tea or coffee facilities. The basin drainage was not working at all so had to shave in the shower cubicle and wash. The bin from overnight guests was not even emptied. The staff serving the breakfast was very kind and considerate.

It is simple but very clean place. The staff, I think she is the owner, is a lovely lady, makes you feel welcome. I just spent one night, but I think if I would stay more I would prefer a room with bathroom. There was no wardrobe and desk, but for a night it was fine. It seems that is yet being refurbished, so somethings are very new, other seems being fixed. Breakfast ok.

Situated right by Lancaster Underground Station and great service.

Elder building but great place to stay compared with the price range.
Great location nearby the underground.
Standard room with beds and a shower - great if you are there just to sleep and sightseeing etc. during the day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hyde Park just around the corner and line 94 just outside going to Picadilly Cirkus.

nous avons pu nous installé sans attendre 14h. un accueil sympathique et serviable.
hôtel situé à deux pas du métro "lancaster gate" et de plusieurs lignes de bus donnant accès à des points touristiques (westminster, piccadilly circus...) et d'hyde park.
immeuble d'aspect extérieur défraîchi mais chambre et salle de bain état neuf. quartier certes bruyant de l'extérieur, insonorisation correcte.
point négatif : il faut avoir un minimum d'anglais parlé et compris et le petit déjeuner servi est trop continental et pas assez anglais.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nous avons eu besoin de réserver le Harry Potter Tour, et ils l'ont fait très gentiment pour nous. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé de faire notre change dans les casinos de Londres (pas de commission bancaire).

Si le carrefour où est situé l'hôtel semble bruyant et si la façade aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf, l'intérieur est récemment rénové, très propre et accueillant. L'équipe est disponible 24/24 et serviable. Le petit déjeuner continental est copieux, et, en musique, permet de préparer sa journée avec les conseils du patron. Une localisation à 2min d'un métro (à 4 stations du centre ville) et un tarif abordable font de l'Andrews Hotel une très bonne adresse!

部屋の設備等は記載通りでしたが、シェーバー用のコンセント（１１５Ｖ）が無いので、カメラや携帯などの充電ができませんでした。
部屋で数十分過ごしたときに具合が悪くなってきたのですが、それが異臭のためだと気がつきました。
ホテルの女性に伝えたところ「それが何なんだ」と言われ、部屋も変えてもらえませんでした。
「キャンセルする」と伝えると「キャンセルできない。お金は返さない」と言われましたが、どんどん具合が悪くなってくる一方だったので、せっかくの旅行ですし、そのまま荷物を持って他のホテルにうつりました。
食事はしていないのでわかりません。
全部の部屋が交通量の多い通りに面しているようで、静かとはいえません。
少し遅い時間にチェックインしましたが、他にはほとんど宿泊客はおらず、その理由がわかりました。
