Great hotel in perfect location and friendly staff

Arrived at this hotel after traveling for over 20 hours to be welcomed by really friendly staff. Rooms were very big and clean. We could walk to cogent gardens and Trafalgar Square in only several minutes. Code to temple court train station, plenty of places to eat and really easy to get around.

The hotel is in the Temple area which is a very old fashioned and quieter part of the City. Tube stations at Holborn and Temple are only a short distance away.
On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff on the front desk who got us booked in quickly. we were even given a free upgrade!
The room itself is not huge, but had a small separate lounge area with a tv and sky. The view from the windows was part of a building site and the back of buildings in Temple but then again its London not a country estate so it didn't bother us at all.
The room was very clean and had good facilities (bath and large shower). The bed was fantastic and soft...didn't want to get up in the morning.
In the evening we had been to see and show and had a drink in the bar. Service was good and the Mojito was very nice if a little expensive at £8.00 but then again, this is London.
Overall a very nice modern hotel with excellent staff. would definitely recommend staying here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Temple (the old center of Law in Britain) is just around the corner and still has original gas lamps. Makes for a very romantic / spooky (depending on who your with) walk in the evening.

overall it is a good hotel, even though it is a bit far from the airport. the staff in the hotel are really kindly. it was good for staying for business travelling and visiting in London.

i know this is a relatively new hotel, so hasn't had time to get messed up by people, but it was exceptional. well equipped rooms with comfy beds & (for a change) excellent shower. everything was very clean, staff very friendly & helpful, location was perfect. couldn't fault it. reluctant to give a good review as everyone will use (and some) abuse it & i'd love to keep it a secret, but this is one hotel that really deserves a great review. have stayed in my fair share of 4 & 5 star hotels all over the world & this would definitely make my top 5.
Restaurant Tip:
Not bad little Thai restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel (left out of the hotel towards the Strand, on your left). Took orders upto 11pm and was very good food. Bar a little limited, but food was freshly cooked, tasty & very well priced. Can't remember the name, but will be the first Thai place you come to on the left. So if you get there late, you're hungry & you like Thai, give it a try.

This hotel is worth your money for sure! Location is great, a short distance from Leicester Square & Soho, with quite a few good resturants a short walking distance. Staff are extremely friendly, room was clean, large and attractive. Will defo be heading back soon!

Hotel Moderno e' praticamente tutto nuovo, pulito e confortevole. personale gentile e preparato, la cucina non é male. Posizionato bene rispetto alle linee bus e poco distante dalle linee metro. il centro "storico" raggiungibile a piedi.
