LOCATION, location, location... SUPERB

This was our second stay here and simply for the location. Almost directly opposite Paddington station, for those flying into Heathrow, get the airport Express which brings you into Paddington, and it's only a few minutes walk - handy if, like us, you have lots of heavy luggage!
The rooms are SMALL but so are most hotels in this budget range. But perfectly clean, with tea and coffee facilities and amenities in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful to point out local information etc.
Being in this area there are no less than 3 tube stations to access from here, Paddington (the closest), Bayswater and Queensway.
This area is a small hub, containing several small cafes, restaurants, some excellent Pubs, bars, Banks and money exchange places and a number of small supermarkets / mini-marts. All you could need.

Staffs is not really friendly and wifi have to pay 5 pounds for 3 hours

Room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No problem for young people, but no option for senior visitors. I only needed a room to sleep for low price, and that's what I got.

I stayed at Acost Hotel for two days, the hotel is located near the under grounded station also it is near the railway station, the rooms was not clean so the bathroom, the staff was friendly and kind. it is good value of money to stay in this hotel.

Cont - Staff not so friendly, lift so small & the hotel look like budget hotel
As a conclusion, for small group tour & backpacker, this hotel is the best place to stay, but for family and honeymoon couple, you should find another comfortable hotel near to city of London, maybe at Westminster area or Oxfort Street area

Welcoming was non existing,lift to the 4th floor, the room was on 5th floor.
Room was small, dingy, bed was uncomfortable, cold, wafer thin duvet and in winter not good, no remote control for the TV.
The bathroom was miniature (could only just turn around in), nicely tiled, had to wait for the hot water to come because other people were using showers below/elsewhere. Cold shower common if you wanted to shower at peak times.
Overall very very very very very poor
