Families with young children Australia, May 08, 2013	Complete opposite to the definition of Luxury Location, checking out 5.3 Hot water is a basic humanity, being offered another apartment also without hot water does not solve the problem. Boiling the kettle and having to bath your seven month old baby in the sink does not define luxury. Staff offered no apology.

Couples Singapore, May 05, 2013	Definitely NOT a luxury apartment Location, relatively safe neighborhood, convenience stores 2.7 We were most appalled that our apartment windows could not be locked from the inside, allowing anyone easy access when we were were out. Moreover, the apartment looked like it had not been cleaned regularly. There were large cobwebs and a significant layer of dust of most horizontal surfaces. Also, the room was much smaller and utilitarian compared to the pictures shown on website. Finally, the hotel staff's cavalier attitude towards our concerns, especially that of security, did little to inspire our confidence. This threatened to spoil the mood of our entire honeymoon. We returned the room key immediately and checked into another nearby hotel despite having already paid for the room at Avni in full.
