Business travelers United Kingdom, March 31, 2013	Worst Nothing at all 2 I paid for a twin room and they gave me a double room with shared bathroom and that night they charged me again coz they were not sure...and that double room window opens into breakfast lounge ...this was rubbish.1st time I did with Agoda and this happen I don't wana use this anymore and recommend my friends and employees not to use
Feninda S. Couples Indonesia, October 07, 2012	Horrible hotel I've ever stayed Nothing was good from this hotel !!! 3 We arrived at 2.30 pm they had no record of my booking. I told reception to check agoda but he's prefered called his colleague to find out about our booking. His colleague came to us and found out our booking and he told us we didn't pay yet with unfriendly. I called my bank and they were wrong I already paid. Anyway the reception finally gave us a room after more than 2 hours waited without said sorry. The room was small and smelly, the door couldn't lock from inside. Not worthed at all to stay in this hotel, still lots of hotels around this area with nice and friendly staffs with the same price !
Margaret R. Groups United Kingdom, August 14, 2012	Good location very basic room with faults Not many 4 The location is good for shops and all amenities. The wardrobe was filthy and falling apart. There was a leak from the ceiling onto the bed and Hotel did nothing about it, but said they had fixed it but didn't even bother to look at the problem. Don't stay in room 43. Very noisy especially on Friday nights. Room was hot all the time but too noisy from traffic and staff messing about in back to keep window open at night. You have to ask a minimum of 4 times befor they do anything although they smile and say yes they will sort things out. I wouldn't stay here again Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Ilford station only 10 mins away and plenty of buses stop outside the hotel taking you to the station in no time. Only a 10 minuet walk away anyway.
