everything was excellent and what I was looking for, very clean modern , wi-fi, kitchnette, and very very nice people excellent location for me and would recommend highly
As I already have mentioned in pros above, the location is central but quiet. The staff were always very friendly and as an ex UK resident I was surprised as my memories of UK hotels were not so good compared to other countries. Even under pressure, when one member of staff was left alone to cope with a multitude of differing demands, he remained not just calm but sweet and efficient to all. I love this hotel and the room I had, the kitchenette, the shower, the reliable wi-fi etc. I can't think of a single complaint -was there for 3 nights end of April.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : IMAX at Science Museum in nearby Exhibition Road -no need to go all the way to Waterloo
