Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Wonderful staff. Nice rooms.
The dining room was a little boring. The elevator was broken.
A hotel in a quiet area not far from shopping areas. Very comfortable beds and nice rooms. Nice staff and good service. The room was a little cold the first night but it was better second night. The elevator was broken for a few days. overall the hotel was cozy and nice.
Restaurant Tip : Bella Italia on queens way was something extra ! Really, really good food and the staff was nice and professional. Good prices.
With caution

Convenient location, nice pubs in the vicinity
Partly very worn, Breakfast to Remember
We had made the mistake of reserving the room very soon. As a result, we got the worst room of the hotel, theme: gone is gone. It is in the basement, his head is tiny and it is next to the engine of the hotel lift. In our complaint was indeed responding to another room but we were able to apply until the next day. Wrapping So again, depositing the baggage re where to get after 15 clock back luggage and unpack in the new room. Breakfast: 3 types of typical English white bread, jam and butter, small parcel, that was it. Never anything else, no eggs, cheese or other, because that's why they want (of course English Breakfast 7 - collect pounds !!!). And at this hotel rates. I wish London good luck in the Olympics 2012th Here in Austria they would get with such a standard, never been a hotel license.
ruined holiday!!
