Good location!!!!!
The hotel is situated very near the underground stations of bayswater and queensway.
The toilet is very small. Can't help flooding the entire toilet when taking a shower or washing clothes. The shower area is standing room only and the sink wins the smallest sink award!
As mentioned, the location is the best feature of the hotel. Its very convenient to the underground stations. Use the Queensway station, it may be a little further to walk but you won't have to change trains at earls court.
Further, food and souvenirs are actually cheaper in bayswater than shops around the tourists centre ie chinatown, convent garden or picadilly circus.
But be prepared, the hotel rooms are situated like a maze with the passage ways being very narrow, the rooms are small but good enough but the toilets are so very small.
Very helpful receptionist by the name of Mary.
Travel tip : use queensway tube station. For reason see above.

Easy access Bayswater and Queen's Way underground and Paddington rail station.Compare to the hotel in the same area,Berjaya Eden Park is inexpensive, clean and comfortable place for young couple to stay.I like to say Berjaya Eden Park Hotel actually is cleanest one we searched in inervess terrance.
The service is a bit cold, but nothing really bad.

Direct access from Heathrow
Near all amenities
Helpful staff
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. We were fully satisfied by the services and the staff. The room was a bit small for 2 persons, but we had everything we needed, even a safe! The hotel is very well situated: we could access everywhere by the metro. The only downfall is the price of the room.
Travel tip : Hyde Park, Italian restaurant

fantastic location close to the tube
The hotel is just steps away from the Bayswater station, the room is clean but really small, can't even find space to place my luggae, and the basin is a joke, I mean it, because it's too small to wash your hands without water spilling out, so you create really amusing situations. It's pretty quiet though. The staff was helpful but one plump woman was quite unfriendly, not even wanted to say goodbye to departing customer

The hotel is located next to two tube stations. Also it is conveniently located next to a busy street full of all kinds of restaurants to eat at, and next to Hyde Park to take a stroll in the evenings. The tube will get you to all the sightseeing sites within 10 minutes and then you can head back down to the hotel area for a nice meal.
The room was very small, is ok for young and single couples, but not families.
I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget who want to see London, but don't want to stay in a hostel or can't afford a big hotel.
The staff is very friendly, had no issues with the staff. Overall had a good experience.

great location!
newly renovated rooms
REALLY expensive phone and internet
this was a nice hotel in a great location. we had a problem with the phone in our room (the phone didn't ring) but otherwise no problems. the bathroom was really nice with a heated towel rack. the rooms were small, but not in a dysfunctional way... it was just cozy. I recommended this place to my sister as she was staying a couple days later.

Located about 30 Seconds from Bayswater Tube Station.
Very friendly staff.
Room was immaculately clean and very nice.
Very reasonable price.
Cramped corridors.
Non-superior rooms are rather small and not as nice.
Restaurant is expensive.
Bar only open until 11pm.
We had booked two rooms for 3 adults on a one night stay. The best thing about this hotel is you can almost fall off the tube at Bayswater into the hotel. Upon arrival, the double room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a superior room. The staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and quite spacious. Flat screen TV on the wall, very comfortable bed and big shower. As for the single room, this was a bit on the small side, rather cramped. The bathroom was tiny and nowhere even close to the superior room. The restaurant downstairs looked nice, but the menu was quite expensive. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and we've booked again for a few weeks time. This time we've booked the superior room as it's best not to take any chances. The price is still really cheap.

Very near to Bayswater Tube station, maybe only about 150 meters. This is very convenient in adverse wather condition or with heavy luggage. Especially for Malaysian, the hotel is only one block away from the Malaysian Students Department.
Very small room with very small bathroom. The noisy, antique lift can carry a maximum of two persons. The staff are not friendly or welcoming.
The hotel is very conveniently located close to Bayswater (Circle and District Lines) and Queensway (Central Line). It is also close to Malaysian Students Department, where Malaysian dishes are served in its canteen. The hotel main weakness is its small rooms, lift and corridors. The shower is so small that you have to squeeze yourself to be in the shower curtain, and if water is spilt on the floor, it will just pool there is no draining holes. Internet is very expensive, at GBP6 per hour or GBP15 per day. The staff are not so cheerful and guests do not feel their friendliness. However, overall for the budget travellers, this hotel is still a good choice and gives good value for money.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is located in Bayswater area where there are many shops selling souvenirs for tourists and I found them cheaper than in Central London. Choice of food outlets are many ranging from McDonalds, Burger King and Nandos to Chinese, Indian, Arabic and Persian restaurants. For Muslim travellers, many outlets sell halal food including Nandos, Subway and the Arabic Restaurants.

For the affordable price room & services better than most 3 star. Its not too small and inconvenience but good enough for a short stay. The hotel is also strategically located to most transport services which make accesibility easy.
I have to wait till 2 pm for checking in my room. My arrival in London usually at 6 am. Long wait but worth waiting.

Ideal location -- diagonally across from Bayswater Tube Station.
Quiet noisy due to thin walls. Bathroom compact -had to sit sideways on the toilet!!!!
Perfect location if you don't want to stay in Central London. Lots of pubs & restaurants on your door step - but far enough away that you don't hear any outside noise. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. Room was cleaned every day, staff very helpful. Asked for a change of room and within 5 mins it was sorted. Room had tea/coffee facilities, trouser press & TV (though the reception on the TV was pretty poor - but you're not there to watch TV so wasn't a problem).
Restaurant Tip : 2 mins away Bayswater Arms pub do Full English Breakfast for £4.99 as opposed to the Hotels £13!

very close to the 'bayswater' tube station, souvenirs & groceries shopping, and kensington garden.
very small walkway on each floor from the elevator to rooms.
overall, the hotel was all we're looking for as a malaysian accepts we were quite surprise by the walkway from the elevator towards our room, its very small - i wonder how bigger people manage to walk into their room.what's best is, bayswater is the best place to stay because it is not too close to the hectic & busy town and not too far either. the area is pretty safe and its got all the supply you need for your entire holiday from its tesco extra store, mcD's, muslim foods & internet cafe just around the corner and not forgetting Malaysian Hall.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : bayswater tube is just around the corner.

Extra small rooms, Trickling water from faucet and shower, no hot water, shower big enough for a kid, poor customer service at the front desk.
I do go to London at least 5-6 times a year. I have experienced many hotels which most of them have had smaller rooms which is common in London but this hotel won the "smallest room" award of them all! The front desk made numerous mistakes such as running my credit card with the wrong amount (in their favor of course), argued with me when I told them that my room had no hot water and trickles of water. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to assign me another room and all of this at 11.00PM.
