Friendly staffs, good written and spoken English, strategically located, near to bus, taxi and trains, walking distance to halal restaurants, pelnty of them, even Subway Sandwich is Halal :) Variety of food, free maps are readily available

Great hotel but room is Tiny
Very close to tube, efficient service and great breakfast

Everything about this hotel is great, the only sucks issue is the room- real small, with our 2 suit cases, we hardly have rooms to move about. The service staff was very efficient.

This is a small hotel that I would recommend primarily for its location. While the rooms were clean and refurbished (Deluxe Doubles), they are very, very small and you need to make your way up a staircase, followed by an elevator and really small corridors to get there. Breakfast, by London hotel standards was very good. All in all I just wish the hotel had a little more space.

A very pleasant stay.
Central location; close to 2 tube stations, hence very easy to connect; very friendly staff.

Enjoyed the comfortable accommodation. The convenient connections to the Tube will entice me to stay here for future visits. Relaxing walks at Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens were just round the corner. Only a bit further are the Museums and Royal Albert Hall where I had a function. The eateries at Queensway and the shops available make the location self sufficient.

Lackluster but good location

If location is what matters, this place is fine. I stayed in a single room on the basement level, which was pretty lackluster and smelled like smoke. The place is definitely outdated. Also, you have to pay for internet in the room. I think this is probably not the worst but also not the best hotel in its price range.
