Good location, but old and tiny rooms ...
Good location, close to several tube stations and several cafes and shops; reception area and bar are nice and clean

The pictures of rooms are completely misleading. The reception area and bar downstars are lovely, but the room I stayed in was tiny, very old and tired and shabby. The sink was broken and the shower was too small to move in. There was no proper desk or chair and the room smelled of smoke and food. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Good location, rooms not too small and nice reception bar

I just stayed one night. Typical London experience. Not great, not horrible. However, I didn't put a do not disturb sign and room service started knocking at my door from 8am to do the room.

good location and spacious room
well located, surrounded by numerous supermarkets and resaurants, and the spacious deluxe room.

There are versatile drugstores and restaurants in the vicinity, and the hotel is located close to two tub stations. Thanks to this hotel, I can enjoy a pleasant journey in London. The room service is also great. It is always very clean. One drawback of this hotel is its outdated lift, but the attendants are very helpful and powerful. Therefore how to bring luggage in and out is not a big problem.

Horrible hotel with pokey doorways & small rooms

I was very disappointed here as I paid alot of money and my room was absolutely disgusting, after complaining with the hotel staff they changed my room after many disputes.. The original room I had been given was small pokey, dirty and uncomfortable. They finally changed my room to a newer and much more cleaner and comfortable room. I don't think I would come again or recommend this hotel to anyone.Sorry but thats how I feel..

Nice Little Hotel with Great Location
Walking distance of 1-3 mins for 2 Tube stations, Lots of amenities nearby, Close to Hyde Park

we were shocked to find that the room was without air-conditioning. however, as the climate in london was still relatively cool at night, (5deg celsius to 15deg celsius) we were able to sleep well.
the room was bigger than we had expected, but the walkway is very narrow. thanks to the helpful porter, our 2 heavy luggages were well taken care of.
the service personnel did a great job in ensuring that our stay there was pleasant.
for the price we paid (about pounds per night), this is definitely great value for money!!!
will most definitely go back there to stay again~
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do request to get a room that is away from the walkway outside as there were a couple of tables and chairs located just outside our room.
This is so as to minimize the risk of someone smoking just outside your room. (With your windows open, no less!)

Clean with good location

overall of my stay are satisfied. the room is clean, convenient and the customer service are great too. me and my friend do enjoy the stay even it's only 2 days. i would consider to book the same hotel again.
Shopping Tip:
easy access to shopping area like oxford street, notting hill and westfield.
