Never to this hotel again
location, and none other than that

1) internet service was terribly bad and unworkable
2) want to borrow a bottle opener and seem the whole hotel have only 1 bottle opener and they ask me to go down to their bar from my room and they will open a bottle of beer for me - can you imagine?
3) tight walkway hall to the room
4) wooden board floor - disturbance when other guest walk past our room and upper floor guest walk - irrating noisy!
5) Breakfast was terrible - for the price we paid for, better cheap good breakfast within 2 mins walk to street cafe or shops for breakfast

1) Just next to Bayswater underground station. Easily accessible. This is my point for the hotel being so convenient.

We came quite early hoping to drop off our bags. However, the receptionist was kind enough to search for a vacant room. We were lucky to get one and managed to check-in right away. What I like most about this hotel is the location itself which is near to tube station (Bayswater). Halal food is also easy to find around this area. Souvenirs, groceries and other shops are located around this hotel. It's very convenient. If you think the Black cab to the airport is costly, try the other cab (sorry i forgot the name) which the office is located opposite to the tube station. it's a bit cheaper.
