Attentive and friendly staff. We had a problem with the safe and it was fixed very quickly. Room is small but that is typical of London city hotel. It is still cosy and clean.

Clean room, friendly staff, and location is good. Takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway.

The hotel was very clean, modern, rennovated and the breakfast was great. Location was good. However, the room was noisy from other occupants and lack of heater in room.
