Excellent location 2minutes from Marble Arch and reasonable price.

On Sunday Night the bar closed earlier than the stated 11:00pm and bar staff did not know that Concierge could supply drinks.

Excellent location, particularly if shopping is on your agenda. Reception service efficient. We had breakfast at additional cost. The food was acceptable though not excellent. Tea served from plastic vacuum jugs was stewed and revolting. Why not serve hot water and a teabag? Early closure of bar was annoying, particularly as we were on a celebration weekend. The fact that bar staff did not know that the Concierge desk had a limited stock of drinks indicates shortcomings in staff traing.

Hotel is in Marble Arch which is a short walk to Oxford Street. Its central location makes it easy to visit all London's main areas by taxi or tube (just around the corner). One can also walk to Park Lane, Oxford Street, Bond Street and Baker Street very easily. Staff are also very helpful.

Hotel is in need of some refurbishment. Room was decent but had a cracked sink in the bathroom and was rather small. Although staying on the third floor could hear noise from outside traffic.

The Mostyn is a good hotel and is very centrally located. One can easily walk to Park Lane, Oxford Street, Bond Street or Baker Street. Other areas are easily accessible by tube or a short taxi ride. The Hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Continental breakfast is good but nothing special. Room was a bit small and in need of refurbishment. But clean and comfortable all the same. Traffic noise from outside could be heard from the third floor which is not ideal. Overall a good hotel but has room for improvement.

Shopping Tip : A short walk from Oxford Street (Marble Arch corner) hotel is ideally located for shopping. You can easily return to the hotel and leave your bags in the room and continue shopping with little hassle.

Excellent location, one block from Oxford St. Confortable room, very good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.

There is only one lift so it takes some minutes to go up or down.

On checking in and out the staff was friendly and efficient. The distinguishing feature is the excellent location. As regards the confort, decoration and furnituring it surprised because it surpassed my expectations from the photos in the website. The breakfast was very good and the relation value for money was excellent. I was very satisfied and recommend it for all kinds of travelers- business or tourists.

Shopping Tip : The store PRIMARK on Oxford St - one block from the hotel has excellent prices.
